Passive aggressive behavior is shown through indirect expression or masked communication of negative feelings versus open, transparent communication. Whether you are the one exhibiting passive aggressive behavior or you are the recipient of it, it is an exhausting and inauthentic way of interacting with others and keeps you disconnected from your true existence.
